We are looking for client relation management candidates in Brighton/Hove, UK who possesses high calibre professionalism and technical knowledge to serve our EMEA clients.

Responsibilities

  • Be the named Client Services Analyst for your set of assigned accounts 
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the entire ZEMA Suite and the associated value proposition 
  • Maintain accurate records and details of assigned accounts on the relevant company systems 
  • Ensure that all relevant Client Services processes and procedures are aligned and adhered to
  • Act as an effective escalation point for clients, coordinating with internal operational teams as required 
  • Hold regular meetings with customers and report service delivery metrics  
  • Measure and report the health and satisfaction levels of assigned accounts 
  • Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for Application Support 
  • Review open action items and drive them to a satisfactory closure through coordination with both the client and internal ZE teams
  • Ensure changes, updates or upgrades to client’s environments are properly planned and executed 
  • Ensure proactive data monitoring, alerting and reporting are in place as per individual client requirements 
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of new requirements with regards to products, services and data 
  • Review the performance of contracted services with the client at a regular frequency, ensuring SLA compliance 
  • Ensure the upkeep of client’s information repository in the relevant systems 
  • Responsible for finalizing the internal operational processes to transition from Project Team to Operational Teams 
  • Promote upcoming software enhancements, product and services 
  • Suggest upselling of various services, wherever possible 
  • Other ad hoc duties as directed by management

Requirements

  • Background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Business related field 
  • Strong negotiation and consensus building skills when dealing with clients, stakeholders and team members 
  • Strong understanding of IT technology concepts, software architectures, MS products, development tools, process integration etc. 
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills 
  • Experience in a relevant industry
